Blaze's screen won't go off and it's draining the battery

Screen wouldn't sleep yesterday and killed the battery.  Today I fully charged and did a reset/power off and on.  It worked for a while, but now the screen is not sleeping again and the battery is in the red zone.  I usually get 3-4 days on a charge.  Any thoughts ?

Welcome to the Community Forums @BDC-JAX! I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for already restarting your Blaze to solve the issue with the screen and battery.

Please manually turn off your Blaze. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Swipe right to left on the home screen to the Settings screen.
  2. Tap Settings and scroll down to Shutdown.
  3. Tap Shutdown and confirm.
  4. To turn your Blaze back on, press any button.
  5. Sync your tracker as soon as you turn it back on. If you don't, the time may be incorrect.

Then, verify that the Quick View option is off by swiping to setting and check Quick View.
