fitbit-4000fitbit-4000Hello Fitbit,

I just woke up and for some reason my Fitbit Blaze is telling me that I have burnt 4000 calories!

I took a picture of my dash board to see if you can get a solution to my problem. Since I have reset and refresh and sync and well nothing is happening to change the CRAZY CALORIES burnt that is posted in this image below.

Please help me out in finding a solution.

Sincerely,

Adena

Hi

Feel free to check if your height, weight.. is still correct in the fitbit profile settings.

On the food log page there's a option to choose 'sedentary or personalized' by hovering over the blue gear icon.. a popup screen appears.

When set to 'personalized', the calories to eat change dynamically based on personal history, and can start the day with high calories to eat, though if being less active than normally, it can suddenly decrease alot during the day, and possible leading to overeating..

When set to 'sedentary', it starts the day with lowest minimal calories to eat, and increases when more active.

Is it only the calorie stats that are high?

Yes, only the calories seemed unreasonable that day. However, the next day
the Fit bit had reset, and everything seems to be calculating fine.
