I am using fitbit blaze. It is not working properly. The screen has gone black and is not responding. I have tried to restart the device but still the problem persists. Kindly help.

My screen came on after the battery died to indicate low battery then once charged was black again.

Same has happened to mine.  Battery required charging.  Screen was black when I went to check on charge.  Has remained black despite disconnecting and reconnecting charger several times.  Fourth similar complaint all within the last week.  Something funny going on.

I seem to have fixed mine. I held down the back button and the lower button on the other side. Keep holding them until something happens. On mine the low battery sign appeared. I let go the butto s and put it back in the charger. All is now normal.
I hope it works for you too.

Mine went black just a little bit ago and it charged all night, so I know it’s not a dead battery. Pushing in the 2 buttons does nothing. It vibrates when someone calls me but it’s just black. Not liking it

Yep - Mine went black today - I tried the restart and got a message saying "Invalid Clock" choice. Changed the clock in the app settings .... but the blaze will not Bluetooth to the iPhone now.

The display now appears to be flashing

Did you try the reset?

That’s worked, thank you. It’s drained the battery though, it went off after I’d charged it last night so I’ll recharge and see what happens. Thanks.
