Hi! I have a weird problem with my fitbit Blaze. Every time I fly, the screen goes blank. Observed this 8-10 times. Sometimes it returns after a couple of hours after persistent restarting of the device. This time it is stubbornly blank. Please help.

Hi, @santoshnc, I must say I have not heard of this, and from what I know of the Blaze flying should have no effect on it (other than timezone issues). I would have said this was a coincidence, but as you have observed this many times, and as restarting it is not helping this time, I think your best bet would be to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Service on contact.fitbit.com for assistance.
