Hi, I have a Fitbit Blaze that is two years old and it has stop working. It started out holding a charge for two to three hours. Now the screen is blank, the heart rate monitor light on the back of this device is not lighting up or flashing/pulsing anymore. When I place it into the charging base, the Fitbit logo appears and then it shows the display I set it up to, then the display goes blank. Pushing the button has no effect. I tried all the troubleshooting steps I found on this site and other sites. I tried a factory reset several times, no luck. When on the base, the display shows that it is fully charged. But as soon as I remove it from the base, it goes blank and there is flashing Green light that was usually there on the back of it. Can anyone assist? Thanks, Howard.
