Blaze screen blank but lights flashing also not syncing

HELP! Screen went blank right before my evening walk, lights are still blinking so I manually tracked my walk via the app on iOS. Tried to sync once I returned home and now the app won’t sync with blaze as it’s still looking for it plus the walk I tracked via the app still shows what I walked but has completely taken away the steps that were made on that walk. Tried to restart a few times, putting on charger and nothing is happening except for lights still blinking anybody else having this problem?

It's great to have you here @Masela! Thanks for the troubleshoot that you've performed. I would like you to make sure that you've properly restarted your Blaze. Are you still experiencing the same issue? Is your Blaze not tracking any steps?
