Blaze screen constantly flashing with the diamond symbol

My Blaze screen all of a sudden starting flashing when I tried to sync, and it won't stop. It's stuck on the blue diamond symbol and I can't reboot or turn it off. Tried charging it too but that hasn't helped either. Also my phone app can't "find" it. Please help, I'm in a workweek challenge & I'm locked out!!!

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Didn't work I'm afraid. Solution from customer support is a brand new Blaze
so got to wait for it to 8-10 days for it to be shipped.

Mine just started doing the same thing, it will not react to anything I do or any buttons I press or even trying to change the clock screen from my phone. Do I just need to call Fitbit and get a new watch 😕 not having my alarms and clock makes me feel very weird haha.

Yep, mine was a warranty replacement as they couldn’t fix it. Good luck!

second time it’s happened in the past 7 months.... I am kind of not a big
fan of Fitbit rn.
