Blaze screen flashing

My Blaze screen is flashing pink and blue lines. I've had it for a few months and haven't had any problems until now. I know it has gotten wet. I also tried to restart it and that didn't help.

Hi there @MommyHeart83! Good to see you in the Fitbit Community!

I'm sorry that your screen is showing this 😕

If your tracker got wet, how exactly was it? Did you submerge the tracker or did it just get spashed or something like that? In these situations where the tracker has been exposed to water, you can try to put it in rice for about 24 hours or something that works great as well is putting it in a bag with several silica gel packets for 24 hours and this should take away all the moisture that could be inside the tracker.

Try that out and after the 24 hours, try to restart it again by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds and see if this helps.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi @MommyHeart83, thanks for getting back!

Since you mentioned in your previous post that you know it has gotten wet, I suggested that troubleshooting. Is your tracker still not working fine?

Hi,

I've had my Fitbit Blaze for over 18 months and it hasn't had any issues until it started flickering today.

Restarting did not work, however I'm happy to say that turning it off, then on again worked a treat.

Happy again!

Does anyone have a solution. My Blaze just started restarting all of a sudden today and has the pink and blue screen. It will not power off and restarting doesn’t work. Uninstalled the app, restarted my device and reinstalled the app but it’s continuing to do the same thing. Please help?!?!?!?!?!!!!?
