Blaze screen is black

After charging my blaze I went to get it and the screen is black. Nothing will come on and the app can't locate it? Please help.

Hey t here @Miller-mom! Great to see you in the Community! 🙂

 

Have you already tried to restart your tracker  by any chance? If not, you can do this by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make the tracker to reboot and after that, your display show come on and it should sync properly to your account.
