Blaze screen is black

Morning,

also my Blaze has turned into a black screen. Tried to reboot already a few times and I feel the vibration, green lights start flashing but the screen is not turning on. Connection with my phone is still active and it still functions. (active heartbeat, steps etc all function on the phone display).

Hope you can help me out!

Has anyone gotten an answer to this?

What has tech support say about this?

It is happening to me as well. Last time it happened I sent a snarky email to customer service. They pinged it and then all was well, but it took a couple of days.

Heard nothing from customer services, direct messaged them on Twitter and have been ignored for over a week now.

I encountered the problem of a black screen or no display on my blaze. Yesterday afternoon the display went black on my screen. I knew that the battery was getting pretty low and so I assumed that the battery had drained. So I put it in the charger all night. This morning, still a black screen. I assumed that the connection was loose so I tried again during the day. Now, with the blaze in its charging/syncing cradle and plugged into the computer I can see the report via the Fitbit app on the computer. The Fitbit app shows that the blaze has a fully charged battery. However, the watch display is still black, with nothing displayed. If I tap it or press the button, the screen seems to light up to a dark gray but there is still nothing displayed.

Please help.
