Blaze screen is stuck most of the time

My Fitbit blaze is updating my iPhone with all of my activities and the Blaze also has fireworks going off when I reach my daily goal of 12,000 steps.  However, I am unable to set my alarm (seems to stay stuck on a time), view my home screen or anything for that matter.  If a text comes in, it will eventually come up on my Blaze face and I’ll be ble to read the text.  My home screen (with time, date & steps) does not come up now.  I used to be able to shake my Fitbit and the home screen would come up.  Any thoughts?

@JudyHutchins Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for reporting your Blaze's behavior.

In order to sort this out, please restart your Blaze by following the steps below:

  1. Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

Give this a go and let me know the outcome.
