Blaze screen is turning off and battery won't hold a charge

I have noticed that my Fitbit blaze keeps turning off and the only way to get it back in is to plug it into the charger. When it is plugged in it says the battery is full. The Battery does not last long when in use only a few hours when fully charged also.
