Hi. Over the last few nights I have noticed my screen lighting up during the night, if I turn over or move my arm in any way. Because it's the middle of the night, it appears really bright and is also noticed by my husband.
Does anyone know why it would of just starting to do this?
Thanks

Hi there @Julieb74, great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
This function on your Blaze is called Quick View and what it does is that it makes your tracker to light up every time you turn your wrist. If you'd like your tracker to respond only when you press any button, go to the Fitbit app, tap on the icon of your Blaze at the top left corner of the dashboard. Here, in the settings, scroll down until you find Quick View and turn it off.
Once you do this, your tracker will no longer light up when you turn your wrist but only when you press any button on it.
Hope you find this solution helpful. Anything else, I'm here to help! 🙂

Thank you for your reply but do you know why it would only just start happening, plus it isn't happening every time I move my wrist?

Thanks for getting back @Julieb74! 🙂
It's strange that it just started happneing... Now, it doesn't happen all the time. In order for the tracker to turn on, you need to turn your wrist from back to front in a circular motion. As what you would do when your arm is horizontal and you twist your wrist towards you to see the time. Maybe you're doing this movement unconsciously more often lately and you haven't noticed.
In either case, as I explained before, feel free to turn off Quick View during the night.

Thank you for your response, perhaps i just haven't noticed it before.
I will try what you have suggested.
I also seem to be having an issue with my Blaze not connecting to my iPhone 6s since the update.
Do you know anything about this?
Thanks

Not a problem @Julieb74 🙂
Now, for the connectivity issue... is it taking a lot to sync or will it give you any error message? I can suggest restarting your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. Also try to restart your phone or at least turn the blutooth of and back on and see if this helps.
Let me know how it goes!

@Julieb74 the key to activating quick view us the forearm being close to horizontal as @FerdinandFitbit points out along with a 90°twist of the wrist

Mine too. I just turned it off, and it's morning. I will find out tonight if it stops during the night.
