Blaze screen not turning on out of the charger

I bought new blaze watch and recharge it full. It's showing display while charging. Once I remove it from charging it stopped displaying anything. Pressed left side and bottom right side buttons for 12-15 seconds but no luck. Please help.

Hi there @AmitabhS. Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to see anything on the display of your Blaze. Thanks a lot for attempting to restart it!

Have you already been able to set it up to your account and it went blank after that or you've not been able to do anything with it because of this? If you haven't tried to set it up yet, you could try that and see if after that, everything shows up.

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi @FerdinandFitbit,

Thanks for the suggestion. I have already configured and sync my device via
my android phone and it is in sync. When I put my blaze in charge its
showing the display. However the problem is when I take it out of charge
and try to start/operate it's not showing the display. Contacted customer
care and tried to restart the device with their help but it's not working.
The Fitbit team is working on it and I hope I can get a replacement of my
device as it's in warranty period. However thanks again for your suggestion
and not sure if I am still missing some steps.

Regards,
