Hi, my Blaze screen has stopped working. I have tried the 2 button reset and plugged into USB to see if they work to no avail.
The FitBit logo appears on successful reset but then quickly goes black, vibrating as it does. The device seems to be functioning in the background and syncs OK, the screen is just unresponsive and black - back light seems to be on though, just it's not backlighting anything.

I’m having same issue...did a restart. Blaze is still tracking and I can see all info on the app. Just logo is appearing on screen nothing else. Please help!

Hi @RosalieBrown, I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Blaze not responding after you restarted it 😕
I'd like to help you out! Whenever you put your tracker to charge, are you able to see anything on the display? Have you tried to restart the tracker again after the first restart? If not, try to do it a couple times again and see if there's any difference. If none of that works, let me know and I'll be happy to help you out!

Thanks for your suggestions.... I’ve tried everything a few times...I’ve been a FitBit fan and user for many years... I’ve done a hard reset, reset App, and now the FitBit isn’t even tracking on the App..
hoping Fitbit can do something for me as I’m a trainer and track & motivate my clients through the App.
