Blaze screen seems to have died

Help!  The screen on my 2 week old Blaze had just stopped wotwork.  The battery is full and it appears to be syncing ok.  I've tried turning it off and on again, several times, but it just vibrates, no Fitbit logo, just the green lights flashing at the back.  I can't take it back to where it was bought from at its an 8 hour trip as it was bought on a weekend away.

Can you do a restart at all?

 

Do it at least 3 times.

It randomly started working, then stopped again.  It started again but had lisy 78 mins 🤪.  Screen has now stopped working again and won't charge.  ImI now in touch with the help desk.
