Blaze screen very soft and now scratched

I've been trying to take good care of my Blaze and its screen. I light brushed it against drywall in my home and now it has a long scratch down the centre. I've bought screen protectors online, but they haven't shown yet. Ugh...

 

How can the screen be replaced/repaired? Is there anything that FitBit will do to help with the  repair/replacement?

Welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. Currently, Fitbit can't repair your tracker because they don't have a repair place where you can go. However, keep an eye on your inbox for next steps.
