Help!! My Blaze has frozen on the time screen. I can swipe up and turn notifications on/off, swipe down and read mesages but i cannot swipe left to check steps, heart rate, excersise or turn off! I followed the instructions to restart blaze i.e. press and hold both buttons on right side until fitbit logo appears but nothing happened!!
Any suggestions other thank throwing it in the bin!!

From the clock face your blaze only recognizes a Right to Left swipe since the clockface is the start of the row, once beyond the clockface you should be able to swipe both directions.
If swipe left or right ever did stop working for you you can un-confuse the control by holding the left button down at the same time you hold the lower right button until your Blaze vibrates to indicate it has started a reset.
enjoy that Blaze, keep moving @Helenb78!
Nice to meet you.

Be sure to contact customer service and ask what other suggestions they may have - tell them what you have tried - I'd also try removing your blaze from its band and simultanously holding in the left and lower right buttons with your fingernails to initiate a restart (in case the button mechanism(s) in the band cage are frozen - if they turn out to be gentle rubbing with a stiff brush and alcohol will free them up 😉 )
fingers crossed for you both, live chat is open this morning already...
