Hi, Over a period of months my Blaze screen keeps locking in other modes and I can’t get back to the home screen, or navigate between modes. I’ve managed to resolve it with holding the left plus bottom right buttons previously, but now that’s not working either. It’s very frustrating. I shouldn’t be having this problem occur so frequently. It’s making my watch unusable. Any help would be much appreciated Thanks

It's great to welcome you @Johnat.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Since the restart process isn't working, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our support team, for them to take a deeper look at this. Please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions.

My blaze will freeze and doing the restart (left and bottom right bottoms) is not working. It freeze 5+ Times a day - super frustrating and this issue started only in the 4 days after the last app update - not sure if it’s a bug sent from app to watch or it’s incompatiblility between the balze and the new app of what! But this is super annoying ! This is the second blaze I have, the first one had issues and was defective and Fitbit replaces it after about 10 Months , now this one with almost a year on it started acting again! I wonder if it’s a quality issue and the watch does not / can’t handle more than 12 months- if that is the case this is unsustainable and the price point should be at the disposable watch point , plus this is not environmentally friendly and I won’t want a Fitbit!

Akab,
i totally agree - when you buy a watch like this you definitely expect it to last more than a year or two. Although reading other comments on the forum it seems like this sort of problem is very common. There is a real quality issue here.
