I got my blaze today. After I enter the code, it needs update, but it shows battery too low to continue. But it doesn't show the charge icon at all. I plug it about 1 hour, still not working and shows fitbit.setup at all. How can I do!!!

Hi

If not already done, feel free to try using a different usb port.

Since new normally not necessary though optionally check out the Fitbit Help Article:

For your info @DODT the reason you didn't see a charging icon i that while the fitbit.com/setup message is on the screen there will not be a charging icon displayed.

and that is incredibly confusing for people! Which is strange for a company dedicated to simplifying the user experience.
