Blaze setup and LED lights problems

Below are the few issues which is happening very often.

 

  1. Blaze is fully charged does't connect to the app when I try  after entering the 4 digits connection pin its says connecting and hung.
  2. The time in Blaze isn't right.
  3. It's not been syncing since month time then we started facing all these issues.
  4. The green light keep blinking always.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with your Blaze. If your Blaze is already paired, it shouldn't ask you for the 4 digit code, since this only works when you are pairing the device.

 

If your tracker isn't paired, that will explain the connection, time and syncing issues. Please follow the instructions provide in the help article How do I set up my Fitbit device? to setup your tracker. About the LED lights, you can try to restart your Blaze and verify that the heart rate option is "On" or "Auto".
