Just got my blaze. Poor from fitbit in my opinion as for getting going. I've got no indication on the screen other than the fitbit logo /setup. No indication that my phone is paired having already put the 4 digit code in. Trying to upload the latest update to get going but I've no idea if it is or not. No loading bar nothing.... currently the device is on charge to with no indication to say if it is or not.

I had the same issue today when setting up my new Blaze. I was trying to set it up from my PC. However, once I switched the setup to my iPhone 7 it worked just fine. I could see the setup progress bar on my phone app as well as the Blaze device. I was very frustrating to find that you have to remove the band to setup and charge the device. What a poor design.

It's great to welcome you @Amcnish and @yolandals good to see you around. I would like to know if you still having problems setting up your tracker? Since if you are seeing a setup message on your display it means that it haven't been paired yet. Could you please tell me where are you trying to paired your tracker, from a computer or a phone?

All paired and up and running. I was using the app. It's just unfortunate everyone seems to have the same problem initially. Needs a basic walk through somewhere with images.
Happy now I'm up and running
