Blaze showing Fitbit logo and heart rate sensor isn't working

My six month old Blaze shows Fitbit logo only not able to shutdown or reset. Back green lights are on but not flickering. Cannot reset or shutdown, any idea how to fix this problem?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Can you please confirm that these are the steps you followed in order to restart your tracker:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
