I have a Blaze and it just stopped working. I just have a black screen. I tried holding the right button and the bottom left to start but nothing. I have other Fitbit's but wonder if there is a fix for this. It is probably a couple years old. Please advise.
Thank you,
Terri Powell

It's great to have you here @runterri! Thanks for the troubleshoot that you've tried. I would like you to confirm that you restarted it by following this procedure. Also, double check that you're properly charging it.
Let me know how it goes.

I tried all of the tips. When I plug it in to charge it gets very hot. Even the charger gets hot. Something is wrong with it. Never had a problem before.
