Blaze showing a temperature icon/ battery life

I have a blaze and now there is a temperature icon with a thermometer in the center of it.  WHat is going on. I look at the community and all they say is "check your in box".  Not the help I would expect from a forum, or company..  Is it a big secret????    Also the battery will only last 2-3 days before have to charge it again.  it will not notify me that the battery is low.  will just die. Any help would be great.

Sorry,  the icon is intermittent,  I live in SD.. right now it is 38 deg and I wear the pod on my ankle.   not too hot....Guess around 98.6 deg  ( haha)

Welcome to the Community @TOPTECH! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. What's recommended on this type of scenarios is that you change the environment where your Blaze is. After this, just restart it and keep monitoring it. 

 

Usually when moderators advice to check your inbox is that they've shared the post with Customer Service and you should expect a reply from them.
