Blaze showing fully charged, but won't stay on?

I noticed that my Blaze had died completely this week after not wearing for a couple days, so I placed it in the charger.  Once it showed fully charged, I put it on and went about my day.  I noticed that it had shut off, so I placed it back in the charger where it showed fully charged again!  I did a restart on the device and it then showed that the battery was red, so... I placed it back in the charger where it showed it was fully charged!  No matter what I have done (charging all night, multiple resets, syncing to app), as soon as I take the Fitbit out of the charger, it shuts off and won't turn back on.

 

Any ideas?  I've had this for less than a year!

Unfortunately, I have tried cleaning the contacts and restarting (numerous times) to no avail.  My Blaze still shows 100% charged when I put it in the charger, but shuts off after about 30 seconds once removed.

 

I'm not sure what else to try at this point.

I am currently having this same issue and have done all of the things you have. If you figure it out let me know. Was there a recent update?

I ended up doing a live chat through tth website and luckily my Blaze was still within the warranty period. They are sending me a replacement free of charge. Maybe give that a shot if you recently bought yours? Other than that, I don't think they had an answer. ☹️

Mine does too!! its barely over a year old and shuts off randomly. I talked to customer service and because its more than a year old, they wont cover it. So im stuck with a $200 piece of crap that cant even last 2 years!!! I tried resetting it, cleaning it, replacing it on the app, nothing has worked!!!
