Blaze showing the Fitbit logo

I have deleted device as my Blaze, wouldn’t sync. I now need to turn it off but it has three blue Fitbit logos on the screen and it will not turn off. Any ideas?

Could you please provide me with a picture of your tracker's display by following the instructions provided in this post? In the meantime, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
