Blaze shows a thermometer symbol

I got out of pool after hydro aerobics wearing it in the pool had no issues until last night 20/07/17 when I finished a hydro aerobics session went to find out my step count and it came up with a triangle with thermometer symbol. What does that mean please?

@NZGIRL27, without knowing what color, or what detail is on the thermometer it will be hard to say. If it looks chilled tgen it is saying the tracker is to cold to function. If it look hot then it is saying the tracker us to hot to function.

Welcome to the Community @NZGIRL27! I would recommend to change your environment and attempt to restart your Blaze. Thanks for the advice @Rich_Laue.

Its a yellowy orange colour so what would that be telling me? I tried to reset it by pressing the holding the back and pressing the select buttons bottom and top at the same time but nothing is working, is there any other way to reset it please?

Hi 

I'm not sure what you mean to change my environment. I have spoken to Sari on the live chat support line and she recommended me to hold the back and press the select buttons on the side top and bottom at the same time, have doen this a couple of times but does not work might take it in where i got it purchased and see if they can help
