My Blaze shut down last night with a thermometer indicating it was too cold. I’ve tried to warm it up, even used a hair dryer with no success.
Is there anyway to see if this device is salvageable?

Thanks for letting me know about your Blaze, as well for the steps tried to get it working again. Usually when that image is displayed, it's because the environment is too cold. If that's the case, I'd recommend to move it to another place. Also, restart your device to refresh its performance.
