Blaze shows incorrect number of steps, wrong timezone, lost heart rate data

I walked over 10000 steps yesterday, blaze showed in on device screen too, it only synced around 7000 steps though. It was showing wrong timezone initally, I manually corrected it.

I lost all heart rate data I had, cannot see any now. Not sure if it was after firmware upgrade.

Hey there @adi14641. Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with your tracker not showing the correct information.

I'm not sure what could have caused this but I can recommend restarting your tracker at least a couple of times. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

Once you've done this, make sure to sync your tracker and see if the time and all other information shows up correctly. If you are not able to retrieve the data for the previous day, I don't think there will be a way to recover it but keep an eye on your tracker from that point and see if this gets to happen again. Let's hope not.

Let me know if you need anything else!
