I love my Blaze. It was a Christmas present from my wife and it has helped me become healthier and more mindful. What a great tool!
My side button stopped working about six weeks ago. I have scoured the forums and YouTube and nothing has so far worked. I have cleaned it gently with a toothpick to make sure there is no debris. I have used compressed air to make sure it is clean. I have restarted it more than a few times. Sadly the only way to get it back to the home screen is to put it back on the charger. I have never submerged it (never worn in the shower or swimming). I don't even think it has been on my arm in the rain.
Any suggestions are welcome to resolve this issue.
