Blaze sleep stages no longer there

Has anyone else experience the issue of  their blaze sleep stages being replaced with only sleep patterns?

there is no REM and deep sleep tracking as of yesterday

My blaze sleep data has gone from erratic to non-existant in the last week. Lost sleep stages, then lost hours, then it stopped logging sleep altogether. I’ve restarted, recharged, cleaned the contacts, and nothing has helped so far. With Blaze being discontinued, this is starting to to feel suspicious....

@Drq0930 please open your Fitbit app

Click on the sleep tile

Now tap on a sleep record in question.

Look below the graph, you should see the reason why sleep stages are not being shown..

 

@Longhairedlump and @durangoleigh have you tried a restart yet?

Troubleshoot a problematic device by turning it off and then back on
A shutdown?

Hello all- I finally got sleep to record again. I had already tried
cleaning, recharging, and restarting with no results. The only thing that
seemed to fix the problem was adjusting sleep sensitivity. It’s funny, I
set it to “sensitive” for a few hours, then switched back to normal, and my
blaze started tracking all sleep data again.
