Blaze slips up and down in bezel case

My fitbit blaze slips up and down slightly in the bezel case. I tied popping it out and back in again and it still moves a bit. The buttons work fine and everything functions correctly. I was just wondering if it's normal.

Hi, @SunsetRunner , mine does not slip at all, however after reading your post I checked and it will slightly move (with a little click) up and down if I push it.  If yours does not move at all when you flick your wrist to see the time, but only moves if you give it s shove, I personally wouldn't worry about it.  If it really does move about as you move your wrist that would be another matter.

It sounds like it's the same as mine then. It moves only when I push it and makes a little click sound like you described. Thanks!

Hello @SunsetRunner and @Julia_G it's great to have you here! 🙂  I tried with my Blaze and I get the same result. It moves slightly up and down with a click sound, so as @Julia_G mentioned you shoudn't worry about it.

Happy stepping! 😉

Normal. They have to allow some "slack" in tolerances or some would be too tight.
