Blaze started the day with 5000+ steps... while on the charger overnight

Been using a Blaze for about a week now. I charged it for the second time overnight last night, yesterday I had about 11K steps. When I took it off the charger this morning, not having touched it since last night, it showed over 5000 steps so far in my day. Completely inaccurate.

I've scoured the forums and tried the resetting, I've also shut it down, it wasn't charging near a fan or anything moving. To no avail, it remains inaccurate.

What next?

A warm welcome to the Community @Samzzini and thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself.

The restart will work for this not to happen again. Now, you can negate that extra information by manually logging the activity driving. You can log this activity by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

1. Tap the "+" icon

2. Tap Track Exercise

3. Enter your information

4. Tap Log It

5. Sync

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
