Blaze staying on

My blaze has a battery life of about 3hrs as it don’t turn off, time etc is constantly eliminated

My fitbit blaze has worked fine so far, but last night I noticed it stayed on and the green light kept shining and actually woke me up. I do not wear it to track sleep. It stays on my nightstand. Therefore the battery is running down much faster. I have not used the shutdown feature. Would that work to reset it??

Resetting is a recommendation by Fitbit to do this press left single button together with bottom right button for 10secs until you see Fitbit logo the release and wait for resetting ends.

This should reset all to new.

Thanks Rob for the quick help 👍 I've reset doing the two buttons but still my iPhone X shows searching with nothing being found
