Blaze stays on, battery drained

My Blaze comes on as often as every ten seconds with a screen saying "Notifications On/Off" and vibrates as well. When I wear it at night, it runs through an entire battery charge doing this, not to mention interfering with sleep. It charges fully but only last 4 hours. I have tried resetting multiple times and cleaning. Please help!

My battery suddenly decided to stop working. Now, it won't even stay charged more than a couple of hours and does not track sleep or heart rate. I was supposed to get an email from a higher tech authority but have not heard from anyone.
