Blaze step count inaccurate

My Blaze only counts about 50-60% of my steps. I made a conscious effort to actually count my steps as I walked. My count was 250 steps. Fitbit gave me 74 steps. I did it again and this time was better, but still way too low. I counted 500 steps, Fitbit counted 348. What can I do to correct this?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Since the amount of steps your tracker is registering is really low, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our support team, for them to take a deeper look at this. Please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions.
