It might be that your settings have been accidentally changed such that it not set to vibrate when you think it should.
You can check that the Blaze is still set to have a "Daily Goal Progress" of "steps" in your device settings at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/device and then check what your daily step goal is via the activity tile on the dashboard at www.fitbit.com
