Blaze steps and heart rate information inaccurate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I purchased my Blaze last Christmas and now it no longer monitors my heart beats and has started to accumulate ridiculous amounts of steps taken in a day.  Is it still under warranty or what do I need to do to get it working correctly again.

Great to see new faces @nlam, welcome and @WendyB thanks for the input.

I would like to know if you keep having issues with the information that your tracker is registering? Have the instructions provided by our friend worked?

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Very Happy
