Blaze steps/miles information inaccurate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just walked 2.2 miles and my 11 month old Fitbit Blaze is saying I only walked 1.75 miles. Something is way wrong. Can anyone tell me what?

Thank you!

A warm welcome to the Community @Alwayspeaches.

Have you tried to adjust your stride length information? If you haven't, I recommend taking a look at this post, edit your information and test your tracker.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

My steps don't record the same as Samsung Health. I have reset to automatic and they were the same for a couple days but they are again different by over 2,000 steps. Samsung Health is recording more steps. I've tried to figure out how to calculate it manually but haven"t been able to figure out how to do that.
