Blaze steps/miles seems inaccurate

I just upgraded from the Charge to the Blaze. The Blaze doesn't seem to accurately reflect the steps/miles ratio. On my old charge if I walked 8000 steps it equaled at least 3.5 miles. New Blaze is only 2.6 for same number of steps. Any suggestions?

I'm having the same issue. I got the Blaze for Christmas and took off the Charge HR and noticed the next day on my walking route that I was short between 800 to 1,000 steps compared to the HR. So I wore both of them and it's still about the same. The Blaze lags behind in counting steps, stairs, etc. and it's frustrating. The only real difference for me is the use of the bigger clock.
