Time is synced but the step count is still on yesterday and will not zero out to start over for today? I've restarted the Blaze, re synced the Bluetooth, restarted my phone, and reinstalled the app. The time and date is right but the steps just won't reset.

A warm welcome to the Community @Brs1 and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.
I am sorry to hear that your information didn't reset. As our friend mentioned, if they didn't reset at midnight, they won't go back to normal but to avoid this to happen again, I recommend restarting your Blaze and test it.
Keep me posted.

There are two main causes of the Blaze not resetting at night.
If the user is traveling across a timezone a little before midnight. Let's say that at 11: 30 the user crosses a timezone and the phone corrects the time to 12:30. A sync of the tracker is performed and the time is changed to 12:30. which is the next day. the tracker never seeing the time change at midnight fails to reset tgetdays steps.
For those users who turn the Blaze off before going to bed. they need to do a sync every morbidly to set the time. We are nitnsure why .but sometimes the days steps don't reset.
Then occaisionly people have reported that the steps did not reset, even though the above two ways where not the case.
