Blaze steps resetting during sync

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Every time I sync my blaze, the step count goes back to zero. It shows calories burned, but no steps. It's set to the correct time zone. It also says I slept 10 hours last night. I wish I did, but I didn't. Just updated last night. (and the "Up to 10 minutes" update took about 45 min.) I have also already tried resetting.

It's great to see you around @jstbtfl. Are manually logging an activity that is taking away your steps? If you are, I recommend deleting those activities. Please also double check your timezone and Restart your Blaze. After the restart test it.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

I ride my road bike 70 miles in 4 hours.  My blaze shows 1,500 calories burned.  I get he same reading from riding a gym bike for 30 minutes.  My dashboard shows an average heart beat of 85 furin the 70 mile ride.  simple math should show calories burned per mile on a bike based on weight and heart beat. What is wrong with this picture?
