Blaze, stop music and I'm not getting texts

I have an iPhone 6 and I'm not getting any text messages even though the notifications is on. Also, on that same drop down where notifications is on, it says music is loading.  

Is that the proble? The music loading? I don't even use the music, so I don't know why it's loading

I have the same problem. Not with the texts but with the music. i try to play it but never get it. I tried everything
