My Blaze quite syncing yesterday at 6:58 am and I have not been able to get it to sync again after trying several times. I assume the face has a Zagg screen which now shows cracks in it thru normal wear. What the problem?

Thank you for sharing all this information about what you've been experiencing with your Blaze not syncing. Could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems? Also, please make sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app.
Regarding the screen that is showing cracks, if possible, could you please share a photo so we can check exactly what's going on with the damage you mentioned?
