Blaze stopped auto recognising my walks

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I walk at least once a day for half an hour to get my steps up, all of a sudden my Blaze isn’t auto recognising them. I don’t want to have to set it to start and stop, I love the auto recognise feature.

Hi there @Scatt32. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having problems with your Blaze not automatically recognizing your walks 😕

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner of your app. Then go to  Exercise and here, go to the Automatically tracked activities section. Here, look for the Walk category. If it is enabled, disable it and enable it again. After doing that, tap on it and make sure that the time for it to start recognizing your walks is set to the minimum to make sure that it will not miss them.

Make sure to sync your tracker and then try it out and see how it goes.

Let me know if you need more help with this!
