Blaze stopped charging and won’t power on

I’ve had my Blaze less than a year (maybe less than 7 or 8 months), and over the past week it has not been holding a steady charge beyond one day. I do not have it on continuous sync, and I try to keep it dry (wiping off any perspiration), but today after a cardio workout, it died. I assumed the battery just ran down, but it won’t charge up at all. I’m in a challenge this week, and don’t want to come in dead last. Help!

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with your trackers and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourselves. I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

I reached out ot Customer Service. I think my Blaze is damaged beyond
saving. Since the warranty is till good, they're sending a replacment, and
the current one will no longer be under warranty.

Fitbit customer service is amazing! They'll even resolve your issue during
an online chat.

Mine did too. But on my phone app, it says the battery is full. It won’t stay charged and then the light wouldn’t turn off. Then it overheated and slightly burned my wrist.I sent it back to Fitbit and they are checking it.
