Blaze stopped connecting with my phone, help!

Suddenly my phone app isn't keeping track of anything. my heart rate hasn't changed in 2 days, not recording my sleep, or giving results on my workouts.
Any suggestions??  Also, my fitbit is fully charged, but my phone app shows battery almost dead.???
Any help would be appreciated! p.s. says my bluetooth is "on"

What phone do you have?

 

Have you tried restarting it? Press in the lower right button at the same time as the left button. Hold them in until the Fitbit log shows on the screen and then release. That restarts the device and it is the same as restarting a phone.

 

When mine acts up, I turn off bluetooth, log out of the Fitbit app and restart the phone. Then log in the account and turn bluetooth back on.  Sounds like you're having problems syncing.

 

Any change since you posted this?
