Blaze stopped holding a charge

My Blaze is 31/2 years old. About a month ago it stopped holding the charge. My app said it was fully charged. The gold charge connectors are not damaged. I have cleaned it and restarted it.  Please help. Another quick question. Can excessive sweating damage the charging capability of the Blaze?

Hello @Jenniecarp, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums. Sorry for the late reply.

I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble with the Blaze not holding a charge. The battery can last up to 5 days; because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary.

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article: Can I improve my Fitbit device's battery life?

Regarding the excessive sweating, I don't think this will affect the battery life, but it is always recommended to follow the recommendations in the Product Care Guide after using the device during a workout.

Please keep me posted on the outcome.
