about a month ago by blaze stopped getting text and email notifications. I have been through all the steps, reinstalled the app, restarted my phone and my blaze Fitbit. Still not getting notifications.... any suggestions?

Welcome to the Community Forums @jallie66. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for all the steps you've tried to solve the issues with your notifications on your Blaze.
While reading your post I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
If you've tried all the troubleshooting steps provided in the help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone, please note that we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.

I've been having the same problem. I tried all the steps as well. I have a Galaxy S8+ which is a compatible phone but I cannot receive any text messages or emails.

I have just noticed that my blaze has no option to receive email notifications on the notifications page in the app. I find this incredibly strange as I receive multiple emails throughout the day so I can’t understand why this app hasn’t been added to the list. I’ve only just started using my blaze again recently but in the past I always had no problems receiving email notifications on my blaze. It’s still the same phone as well iPhone 6 so can’t understand why I no longer have the option to get them in my blaze anymore. It’s baffling as I followed all the troubleshooting steps and my emails come through on my phone with all the notification settings on there’s no restrictions like do not disturb, can anyone help me? Please note I have no problem receiving text or call notifications they seem to work fine.
